Ratko (Bulgarian for happy/joyful) will make a great furever friend.
He is super laid back, and friendly to all. Ratko is a few years old but still has plenty of energy, this gorgeous boy would make a great walking companion.
Ratko is in good health and has been neutered. He is great with other dogs and if living on the street with Amber. As with all established street dogs we will not disrupt his routine for a short term foster.
